Then Qavamossaltaneh, who had come from Europe, , joined Sardar Asad  to prepare the grounds for the reconciliation between the Bakhtiari tribe and the Qashqais, and provided a letter of oath to be signed by Solatoddowleh Esmail Khan, the commander of Ilkhani Qashqais and the Bakhtiari leaders... ”
