“ ... Upon the commencement of social changes in Qajar period, foundation of schools under Mozaffaraddin Shah’s reign kept a flourishing development. Mirza Hassan Roshdieh, known as the father of school founders established a few schools in Erivan, Tabriz, and Tehran since 1897. His great cultural work was continued in Bushire, so that upon the suggestion of MohammadAli Khan Vaseqolmolk, the commercial agent of Bushire and through the support of Mirza Ahmad Khan Darya Beigui, the governor of all southern ports, and collaboration of Shiekh Mohammad Hossein and Sheikh AbdolKarim, Saadat brothers, Mobarake Saadat Mozaffari school was founded in Bushire.
