"... One of the main problems of Iranian society before 1920 coup, was the lack of security, which was at the same time the best explanation introduced for the planning of the coup. To recognize Reza Shah's security report, we should have correct understanding of the insecurity before the coup, and that on what areas this factor was mostly observed. Some people depict this insecurity in a way that it seems the country was at the threshold of separation by the nomadic tribes or it was threatened by the foreign powers….”
