Practical Grounds, Necessities, Implementation and

      The interview with the first president of Land Reform Organization begins with a brief look to the roots and alien thought influences in the process of land distribution, and continues to present a detailed account of landlord-peasant relationship system in Iran.  In the interview the environment  and social conditions wherein this process was implemented are examined, and the opinions of some Amini Cabinet ministers, especially Dr. Hassan Arsanjany, minister of agriculture have been discussed over. The role of executive organs and the stages of land distribution program form another part of the interview. There is a reference to the resistance of opposition leaders and some great Marja’s  such as Ayatollah Borujerdi and Ayatollah Khomeini. Consequences of Land distribution program and causes of its fail have been another topic of this discussion.
