The title-page included a winged angel and a book opened before her, on two pages of it, there was written by relatively small writing the phrase: I am the city of science and Ali is its gate (this refers to what Mohammad; the prophet, has said about Imam Ali (God bless him). On the right side of this picture the date of publication in the year of the Christian era was printed, and also the price of each issue was one Abassi (a monetary unit) and the price of advertisement was 10 Shahi (a monetary unit) per each line. On the other side except the first issue this phrase is written: " If anyone sends news and scientific research to the Imperial press office, it will be written by his own name," and now instead of the aforesaid phrase it has been written in number one: " As the news of Dar-ol-Funoon school and the ministry of Health Care meeting was too much, in this issue it was sufficed to that, otherwise here we will write on all topics."
Each page of the newspaper is consisted of three columns and a footnote. It consists of 4 pages and at the end of the fourth page of each issue the word Mohammad Hassan has been printed.
The second issue of it was published on January 15, 1877 and there was added in the title: " The payment for four installments." The contents of this scientific newspaper in addition to the footnote which always exists in all issues included different articles about moral and scientific affairs and specially more about the news of Health Care Ministry.
In its third issue there is inserted a description of the importance of this and attentions which are paid to the public health care. In short, most of this newspaper's subjects are scientific, geographical and moral news and there is no news about the state and court affairs at all. There some information regarding the geography of European and African countries and in some issues wherein those scientific subjects needed some photos were presented.
The title-page of newspaper has been omitted from number 51 dated Thursday October 1, 1878 and just the name (scientific newspaper) and other specifications of newspaper were published.
