The pictorial weekly newspaper of Edalat was founded in
1323 by Mirza Mahmoud Khan known as Hakkak Bashi and
managed by Mirza Seyyed Hossein Khan, the publisher of
Al-Hadid, Sohbat and Khabar in Tabriz and was
printed by litographic letters. Each issue had eight pages
in cursive handwriting and the five issues was published
in Naskh hand writing. Subscription fee in Tabriz
was 22 krans and in other cities 26 krans, in Russia 5
Manats and in other countries 15 Franks. It was published
for three years and since it contained some topics on the
freedom of women, it was suppressed by Tabriz Anjoman and
in stead of that, AlHadid newspaper waspublished.
