                            Although the
rivalries of great Empires of Tsarist Russia and Great
Britain in 19th century in Asia did not end
directly in the Colonization of Iran, but caused
irreparable losses to the century. Following the expansion
of the Britain colonies in India, Tsarist Russia annexed
important regions of north of Iran, in some cases through
diplomatic collaboration of local British functionaries,
to her empire. In the political balance between colonial
rivalries of these two empires in two late decades of 19th
century, Iran was acknowledges as an obstacle country
between India and Russia. Since these two powers being in
neighbourhood of Iran, orderly Russia in north and
Britain. In south, looking out to take the future
opportunities, penetrated seriously into northern and
                      southern.   |
